I made this a adjustable ring in spalted boxwood and top quality ebony.
Spalted wood is highly prized for its distinct wavy black streaks, making each piece unique with an undeniable level of detail and visual appeal.
Even ebony, like boxwood, is one of the hardest, densest woods in the world. And thanks to its fine structure, it can be polished to a very high shine without additives.

It’s an adjustable ring, can fit different fingers: in fact,
you can widen and tighten it simply by changing the distance between the two wooden balls.
The steel is hard enough that the ring does not stretch while you wear it,
but it’s not too hard and you’ll be able to bend it however you like.

I like the two balls to remain a little apart.
The interesting thing about this model is that it is not immediately obvious how the balls remain between the fingers, it must almost seem like a mystery.
But don’t worry, the ring won’t slip off.

And don’t worry about the ring breaking: to securely fix the balls, in addition to using the strongest glue, I threaded the steel; they will never come off.

Ho realizzato questo anello usando bosso spalted ed ebano di prima scelta.
Il legnospaltedè molto apprezzato per le sue distinte striature ondulate nere, che rendono unico ogni pezzo grazie a un innegabile livello di dettaglio e fascino visivo.
L’ebano è uno dei legni più duri e densi del mondo.
Come il bosso, grazie alla sua struttura fine, può essere lucidato a specchio senza additivi.

Questo è un anello regolabile, può adattarsi a dita diverse: infatti
in effetti lo puoi allargare e stringere semplicemente cambiando la distanza fra i due pallini di legno.
L’acciaio è abbastanza duro perché l’anello non si allarghi mentre lo indossi,
ma non è troppo duro e riuscirai a piegarlo come preferisci.

I due pallini di legno a me piace che restino un po’ distanziati.
La cosa interessante di questo modello è che non sia subito evidente come restino fra le dita, deve sembrare quasi un mistero.
Ma non preoccuparti, l’anello non scivolerà via.

Comunque non preoccuparti che l’anello possa rompersi: per fissare in modo sicuro i pallini, oltre a usare la colla più tenace, ho filettato l’acciaio; non si staccheranno, mai.
